Steps:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients:Ā In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.

  2. Prepare the wet ingredients:Ā In a separate bowl, whisk the pumpkin puree, milk, eggs, melted butter, and brown sugar until smooth.

  3. Combine the mixtures:Ā Gradually stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined (donā€™t overmix).

  4. Cook the pancakes:Ā Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil. Pour Ā¼ cup of batter onto the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes.
