Creamy Mushroom & Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients:
1 cup wild rice
1 lb mushrooms (button, cremini, or a mix), sliced
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups vegetable broth

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
