Slow-Cooked Pork and White Bean Stew

Ingredients:
2 lbs pork shoulder, cubed
1 can white beans, drained
2 carrots, sliced
1 onion, diced
2 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
In a slow cooker, combine pork, beans, carrots, onion, broth, and rosemary.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours, until pork is tender.
